If I were a car - what Style would I be

So, my long drive from Bournemouth to Cardiff today was marred only by the fact that I had volunteered to drive the big swanky car belonging to 'him indoors' so that my oldies could have a peek at it.

I know I spend most of my life drubbing the eco friendly car choices of my beloved - there's the mighty Yaris in New York and the mighty Skoda in London. But last February when we were in London (granted after a few pints) he set off on a mission to buy the worlds antithesis to the green car - a bleeding Vanquish...

All very interesting but actually (been saying actually a lot over here, as well as 'ya' - think it's something to do with impending posh boarding school induction for no.1 kid), anyway, actually, we don't live in London we live in New York - a posh car over here is pointless - unless of course you are the twin brother of 'him indoors', and then a posh car that needs a home 350 days a year is actually (again), a very good idea.

So all my moaning about grungy eco friendly cars (the other one is a Skoda Fabia), was set aside today as I crammed 3 kids and a big bag into the slinky car and set off across the country. Luckily there's a very posh chap on the sat nav who (after one early wrong turn), managed to take us post haste to our destination. As well as that one stall at a major roundabout by the M3 - that was something to do with having your foot on the brake whilst tapping the tiptronic gear thingy...

I'm thinking I might be a convert. Only problem is, the lovely folk at Aston Martin failed to fit their electronic car seat to cater for people under 5'4" and I had to sit on no.3 kids huge stuffed toy as a cushion so that I could actually (oops) see over the steering wheel...
