Blimey, the day they decide to turn off the power for 3 hours is the very same day a light dusting of snow has turned into a blizzard. The numptys next door seem to have snagged some electrical fault on the road outside during their huge building project - ah the joys of our neighborhood - all trying to keep up with the Jones's and create the largest square footage possible on whatever size plot they may have.
