Ever noticed that as Fall begins to draw in, our minds turn to plans for big nights out in the city. Kids will be back at school after that long tortuous summer break and its time to party again. This Fall there seems to be an invasion of Brits heading towards Broadway. Sienna Miller is forsaking her army fatigues from GI Joe to star opposite Jonny Lee Miller in After Miss Julie with the Roundabout Theatre Company from October 22nd.
If that isn't enough to tickle your fancy there's also Jude Law in the high brow Hamlet from October 6th and even more eye candy for the ladies, Daniel Craig and Hugh Jackman (honorary Brit surely) are teaming up in A Steady Rain : a drama by Keith Huff about two Chicago cops whose lifelong friendship is put to the test when they become involved in a domestic dispute in a poor neighbourhood. Previews for the show are from September 10th. Is it just me or do I vaguely remember a tabloid link between Sienna and almost all of those guys....
For the more fashion savvy anglophiles amongst us, brace yourselves, but Trinny & Susannah have been spotted filming on New York's streets for a new series called 'Making over America' on TLC. Originally deemed too pushy to be the anchors of the USA version of their hit UK show 'What not to Wear' - seems TLC are taking the brave step of trusting the grope control of the lovely ladies... definitely one to stay in for!
